These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between the Client and Dr. Mohammad Shatnawi LLC. By submitting a service request through our website or signing a physical service form, the Client agrees to be bound by the terms set forth herein.
2. Parties Covered
This agreement applies to all clients, including but not limited to:

Individual clients (students, parents, teachers, or counselors)

Legal entities (schools, universities, or institutions)
The term “Client” refers to any party using the services offered by the Company.
3. Scope of Services
Dr. Mohammad Shatnawi LLC offers the following services:

Registration for standardized exams such as AP and SAT
-
University application assistance and submission support (excluding Jordanian citizens or residents)

Credential evaluation and cognitive recognition for institutions

Academic advising and consulting
-
Preparation, translation, and delivery of academic or supporting documents

Other related educational services as described on the official website
All services are advisory in nature and do not replace official legal or institutional decisions.
4. Confirmation of Service
A service is considered confirmed when the Client:

Completes the service request form

Makes full payment through the designated payment method
Upon confirmation, the agreement becomes binding, and the Company is obligated to deliver the selected service in accordance with the terms herein.
5. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:

Submit accurate, complete, and truthful information, including necessary documents (e.g., passport, academic transcripts, ID)

Communicate only through official channels provided by the Company

Avoid misrepresentation or submission of fraudulent documents
Failure to comply may result in delays, rejection, cancellation of services, and forfeiture of any fees paid.
6. Payment and Refund Policy

All services must be paid in full at the time of request.

No refunds will be issued under any circumstance once the service has commenced.

Exception: If a selected exam is unavailable or full, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
7. Method of Service Delivery
All services are delivered either:

Remotely through the Company’s official website, email, and secure digital platforms,

Or through in-person consultations conducted in Jordan by a licensed educational consultant.
In-person consultations are provided under a valid Jordanian consultation license and are strictly limited to academic advising. These meetings do not include university admissions for Jordanian citizens or residents, in compliance with local regulations.
All communication, documentation, and service progress are managed digitally, regardless of the consultation method.
8. Legal and Licensing Disclaimer
The Client acknowledges:

Dr. Mohammad Shatnawi LLC is an international admissions office registered under Georgian law.

All educational consulting services are conducted legally under Georgian law.

No university admissions services are offered to citizens or residents of Jordan to comply with local Ministry of Higher Education regulations.

Only academic consultations and exam registrations are available in Jordan.
9. Legal Effect of Digital Signature

Submission of a form digitally or via the website constitutes full legal agreement.

Digital signatures are legally equivalent to handwritten ones under applicable international laws.
10. Privacy and Website Policies
By using our services, the Client agrees to:

11. Limitations of Liability
The Company shall not be held liable for:

The Company’s role is strictly limited to consulting, preparation, and advisory services.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Georgia and Jordan.
13. Introductory Meetings
If the Client requests an introductory meeting:

It is considered part of the paid consultation service
-
It does not include legal representation, official document submission, or institutional engagement in Jordan or elsewhere
14. Entire Agreement
This document constitutes the entire agreement between the Company and the Client.
No oral representation or informal communication shall modify this agreement unless confirmed in writing and signed by both parties.
